Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto governor Andrew M. Cuomo, Esq., signs the Driver’s License Access and Privacy Act, allowing free-market workers (who do not have social security numbers) to obtain “drivers” (a legal term for a “traveler” transporting goods or services in commercial transit) licenses without them.  The act also prohibits immigration agencies of the Department of Homeland Security (domestic military aggression) from accessing the states drivers license database.

       NOTES:

• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Cuomo was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
• It would be a stronger statement for individual liberty if new york had abolished driver’s licenses altogether.
