       Houston, texas statute enforcement officers, acting on bogus information, execute a “no-knock” search warrant for “black tar” heroin and machine guns.  The SEOs immediately shoot the family dog, which prompts a defensive response from Dennis W. Tuttle and his wife Rhogena Ann Nicholas.  In the skirmish five SEOs are wounded, which Tuttle and Nicholas are killed.

       NOTE: U.s subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by an SEO than a terrorist.
