While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Mesa, (Federal enclave of) Arizona statute enforcement officer Philip Brailsford (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoots an unarmed Daniel L. Shaver for not complying with conflicting commands given by Brailsford and his fellow SEO, Charles Langley.

     Postscript: Two years later Brailsford was acquitted of second degree murder.

     NOTE: U.s subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by an SEO than a terrorist.
