While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) issues Executive Order 13707, directing Federal agencies to apply behavioral science to more positively influence the response of U.s. subject/enemy/citizens to increasing Federal control over their lives.
