While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court of the corporate United states hands down Elonis v. United states: U.s. subject/enemy/citizens have no Article I of Amendment right to publish song lyrics that might be misconstrued as threatening violence, even when disclaimers are posted that no serious harm is intended; that the artistic expression is only intended to peacefully vent their frustrations with life.

       The Federal court for the western district of michigan hands down Deffert v. Moe: judge Janet T. Neff rules that legally carrying a holstered sidearm is sufficient reason to be detained by statute enforcement officers.
