While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Matt Peters, a Jackson, michigan statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law)–without a warrant–enters the home of Eddie Harris, and fatally shoots his dog.

       NOTE: Peters was supposed to bring in a city resident for a psychological evaluation, but was at the wrong address.  Peters did not knock at the door, or announce his presence.

       Three Longview, texas statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) fatally shoot Kristiana Coignard, a 17-year-old with dipolar disorder, in the lobby of their SEO station house.  Coignard had gone into the station seeking help.

       NOTE: U.s subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by an SEO than a terrorist.
