In Madrid, Spain, J. Stanley Pottinger, former assistant attorney general for civil rights—for Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto Presidents Nixon, Esq., and Ford, Esq.—meets with Cyrus Hashemi, owner of First Gulf Bank and Trust Company, to negotiate the continued captivity of the American hostages through the November presidential elections.

       NOTE: As attorneys (Officers of the Court) Nixon and Ford were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Richmond Newspapers v. virginia: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may conduct certain criminal trials away from the scrutiny of the media.

       NOTE: This allows judges and prosecutors to replace procedural due process with secret “kangaroo courts.”
