NOTE: As attorneys (Officers of the Court) Nixon and Ford were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Richmond Newspapers v. virginia: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may conduct certain criminal trials away from the scrutiny of the media.
NOTE: This allows judges and prosecutors to replace procedural due process with secret “kangaroo courts.”
