After the first recount in the disputed popular United States senate election (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) between Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto CONgressman Louis C. Wyman, Esq., of new hampshire, and Democratic (socialist/fascist) John A. Durkin, Esq., former state Insurance Commissioner that Wyman previously won by 355 votes, sees declaration of a different winner:
- Durkin—110,924;
- Wyman—110,914;
- American Independent (dominionist) Carmen C. Chimento, a perennial candidate—not counted.
Wyman, disregarding the value of “one vote,” let alone 10 votes, immediately demands a second recount. The recount disregarded the value of the votes that Chimento worked for.

NOTES:
- Were the election held in accordance with Article I, Section 3 [Clause 1], no recount would have been necessary as the next Senator would have been elected by the State legislature as a matter of public record, and the legislature of New Hampshire would have a representative in Congress.
- As attorneys (Officers of the Court) both Durkin and Wyman were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
