While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam “defending freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Johnson v. louisiana and Apodaca v. oregon, overturning Maxwell v. Dow: Under the fraudulent 14th amendment, it is not necessary to obtain a unanimous jury verdict to convict a defendant; a less than unanimous verdict (4 – 2) affords the same protection for the accused as a unanimous verdict (12 – 0).
