The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Shapiro v. Thompson, declaring as unlawful state residency requirements for the receipt of government welfare payments. In its decision the court declares that the Right to Travel exists via the Due Process Clause of the fraudulent 14th amendment making no mention of Article IX of Amendment.

The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Street v. new york: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, burning one’s personally-owned U.s. flag is constitutionally protected free speech.
NOTES:
- In rendering this decision, the court ignored the new york constitution of 1894, article I, section 8.
- The court remanded this issue back to new york for a second trial. This was Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by Article V of Amendment.
