The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Nixon v. Herndon, declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—the “all-white” Democratic (socialist/fascist) primary as being unlawful.
NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court totally ignored the texas constitution of 1876, article I, section 3.
