The first Red Scare continues: While the army and navy of the United states are in Russia “making the world safe for democracy,” the Palmer Raids resume with (Federal) Bureau of Investigation agents (acting under color of law) raiding labor union halls arresting not only union officials, but also non-member visitors of foreign birth.
