The supreme court, of the republic of Hawaii, decides state v. Wilson, rejecting the Heller v. District of Columbia and New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen decisions of the supreme court of the corporate United states: “We read those words differently than the current United States Supreme Court. We hold that in Hawaii there is no state constitutional right to carry a firearm in public.”
