Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993:
- Increasing the number of personal “income” tax brackets from 3 to 5;
- Raising the threshold on the lowest personal rate of 15% from 20,350 “dollars” to 26,250 “dollars”;
- Increasing the highest personal rate on amounts earned over 49,300 “dollars” from 31% to 39.6% on amounts earned over 250,000 “dollars”;
- Raising the top corporate rate of 34% on amounts earned over 335,000 “dollars” to 38% on incomes (profits) over $18,330,000 “dollars”;
- Permanently removing the 135,000 “dollar” cap on Medicare taxes;
- Raising the amount of Social Security benefits subject to income tax from 50% to 85%;
- Increasing the Alternative Minimum Tax from 24% to 29%.
Because of shortfalls in the public financing of presidential campaigns due to fewer United States enemy citizens electing to have one “dollar” of their income taxes go to fund the presidential campaigns of the status quo (Republican and Democratic) parties, the act triples the amount of the voluntary contribution to three “dollars.”
NOTE: This is the further realization of plank number two of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.
Postscript: Twenty-five years later the Presidential campaign fund had accumulated a surplus of 392,000,000 “dollars” as most candidates refused to limit their spending in order to qualify for Federal financing.
