While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Commander-in-Chief Trump issues Executive Order 14367, declaring that,

       The production and sale of fentanyl by Foreign Terrorist Organizations and cartels fund … assassinations, terrorist acts, and insurgencies around the world — and allow these entities to erode our domestic security and the well-being of our Nation. … I hereby designate illicit fentanyl and its core precursor chemicals as Weapons of Mass Destruction.
