During the melee, Michael Byrd, a Capitol statute enforcement officer fatally shoots an unarmed Ashli Babbitt.

- Early the next morning at 3:41, Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto Vice President Michael R. Pence, Esq., fraudulently confirmed the victory of Democratic (socialist/fascist) former de facto Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., Esq, with 306 Electoral votes; against Trump, 232. Yet with the 73 ineligible Electoral votes subtracted from both candidates and the 62 stolen Electoral votes properly awarded to Trump the lawful tally is Trump, 272; Biden, 193.
- Byrd was cleared of any wrongdoing without even having been interviewed.
