The sixth circuit court of appeals hands down Gary B. v. Whitmer: U.s. subject/enemy/citizens “have a fundamental right to a basic minimum education, meaning one that can provide them with a foundational level of literacy.”
NOTE: If education, health care, housing, et cetera are “fundamental rights,” property must be taken from others under threat of violence in order to pay for them. Thus, the right to one’s own property is not a fundamental right.
