The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Ramos v. louisiana, overturning Apodaca v. oregon: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, a less than unanimous verdict no longer affords the same protection for the accused as a unanimous verdict.
NOTE: In rendering this verdict, the court ignored the louisiana constitution of 1974, article I, sections 2, 16 and 17.
