       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John L. Armstrong, Senior Bureau Official with the bureau of consular affairs of the department of state, informs Marco A. Rubio, secretary of state, that the Federal government’s position on deporting anti-Israel, Palestinian students has a very weak legal precedent.

       An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent (domestic terrorist), in South Padre Island, texas, fatally shoots Ruben Ray Martinez, a 23-year-old U.s. subject/enemy/citizen, during a “traffic” (a legal term for goods, services, or persons in commercial transit) stop as Martinez was trying to comply with his orders.

       NOTE: U.s. subject/enemy/citizens are eight times more likely to be killed by a government agent with a badge and gun than a terrorist.

       Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a legal resident of maryland, having no gang affiliations and a well-founded fear of persecution in his native El Salvador. 

       Postscripts:

• Two weeks later Karoline C. Leavitt, White House Press Secretary, admitted the deportation was due to an “administrative error,” but no efforts would be undertaken to return Abgrego Garcia to the U.s.;
• Twelve weeks later Abgrego Garcia was returned to the U.s. only to face Federal charges of human trafficking.

       NOTE: While Abgrego Garcia was in the notorious Salvadoran Terrorism Confinement Center he was subjected to severe beatings, sleep deprivation and malnutrition.
