       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Gordon Goines, a man suffering with cerebellar ataxia, enters the Waynesboro, virginia statute enforcement department headquarters to file a complaint against his neighbor who has spliced into his cable television line.  Instead of taking Goines; complaint, the SE officers arrest him and commit him to a mental health facility for evaluation

       NOTE: At least the SEOs did not shoot him.
