       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the fifth circuit court of appeals hand down In re Katrina Canal Breaches Litigation, reversing its ruling from six months previous: U.s. subject/enemy/citizens no longer have the right to file suit against the U.s. Army Corps of Engineers for flood damage it caused during Hurricane Katrina.
