       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Commander-in-Chief Trump issues Proclamation 10964, promising to “Make Social Security Great Again” by purging 275,000 free-market workers and 12,400,000 U.s. subject/enemy/citizens who are over 120 years old.

       Question: Where in the Constitution for the united States is the authorization to take money from those who have earned it, and give it those who have not?
