       Upon hearing the news that Muammar Gaddafi, deposed military dictator of Libya, had been lynched by the pro-al-Qaida National Transitional Council, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., de facto secretary of state, breaks into laughter and says, “We came.  We saw.  He died.”

       NOTES:

• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
• And then there were three.
