Federal marshals (acting under color-of-law) raid the sanctuary of the Indianapolis (indiana) Baptist Temple, a new testament (First Amendment) Church—as opposed to a 501(c)3, government-chartered, non-profit corporation.  The marshals arrest Pastor emeritus Gregory J. Dixon along with several congregants who had been praying in defiance of a court order to evacuate the property.  The doors are padlocked and the property turned over to a receiver.

Postscript: The buildings (worth 6,000,000 “dollars”) were sold for 25% that amount to the Chrystel House Foundation for a Charter School.
