       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Employment Division, Department of Human Resources of Oregon v. Smith: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, state prohibition of Peyote (a mind-altering substance) in indi(genous Americ)an religious ceremonies does not constitute a violation of Freedom of Religion.

       Question: Why are Catholics still permitted to use a mind-altering substance (wine) in their religious ceremonies?
