While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” the supreme court, hands down Papachristou v. Jacksonville (florida): Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, a city “ordinance is void for vagueness, both in the sense that it ‘fails to give a person of ordinary intelligence fair notice that his contemplated conduct is forbidden by the statute,’ and because it encourages arbitrary and erratic arrests and convictions.”
NOTES:
- Unfortunately, this standard is not held against the Internal Revenue Code.
- In rendering this decision, the court ignored the florida constitution of 1968, article I, section 2.
