The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Duncan v. louisiana: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, Article VI of Amendment (the Right to Trial by Jury) is obligatory upon the states.

       NOTE: The confederate state of louisiana did allow for Trial by Jury, BUT only when the accused was subject to more than six-months incarceration.  The way to protect the Right to Trial by Jury is to ensure it is part of one’s own State constitution.
