While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Williams v. Rhodes: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may not impose onerous ballot access requirement on alternative political parties (American Independent, Peace and Freedom, Socialist Workers, et cetera) to the advantage of the status quo (Democratic and Republican) parties.  In rendering this decision, the court ignored the Federal enclave of Ohio constitution of 1851, article V, section 2.
