The Box 13 scandal continues: The Executive Committee of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) Party of the republic of texas, by a vote of (29–28) certifies CONgressman Lyndon B. Johnson as the winner against former governor Coke R. Stevenson, Esq., of the run-off election to determine the nomination to be the next fraudulently elected (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) senator from texas.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Stevenson was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
