While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down National Broadcasting v. United states, overturning Hoover v. Intercity Radio, and expanding the authority of the Federal Communications Commission to regulate not only networks of radio stations, but also individual radio stations.
