At the behest of the Parliament of Scotland, the Long Parliament creates the Committee of Both Kingdoms, composed of four members of the Parliament of Scotland, 14 members of the House of Commons and seven members of the House of Lords.  The committee will coordinate operations between the Armies of England and Scotland.
