The Federal court for the northern district of california decides Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation v. Bush: chief judge Vaughn R. Walker declares the warrant-less foreign intelligence surveillance activities of Republican (fascist/socialist) President George W. Bush to be unlawful.

       NOTE: Although articles of impeachment were introduced in the house of representatives by de facto progressive Democrat Dennis Kucinich, of (the Federal enclave of) Ohio, they were ignored.
