While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Ben Beakes, Chief of Staff for Secretary of State Betty Ireland, of the virginia enclave of West Virginia, announces that Election Systems & Software is unable to meet its deadline to deliver the “programmable e-ballots” for its upcoming primary election.  Also, over ten percent of the counties in the state will not be able to use the touchscreen voting machines as there is not enough time before the election to have them properly tested.
