While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” during a “Christian” (dominionist) worship service at the Pentagon, Peter B. Hegseth, secretary of war, cites a non-existent Bible verse from the Quentin Tarantino movie “Pulp Fiction”: “And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to capture and destroy my brother, and you will know my call sign is Sandy 1 when I lay my vengeance upon thee. [emphasis added]

NOTE: The actual verse Hegseth thought that he was citing reads as, “I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in my wrath.  Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I take vengeance on them.” —- Ezekiel 25:17.
