The Federal court for the District of Columbia decides Kelly v. Hegseth: The obligation of the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) is to obey the Constitution for the united States, not the Commander-in-Chief.
NOTE: Members of the U.s. Armed Forces routinely disregard their oaths to the Constitution and obey the unlawful orders of the C-n-C; they have to in order to earn a retirement pension.
