       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Peter B. Hegseth, Secretary of Defense (foreign military aggression), in an interview with reporters in Stuttgart, Germany denies that the fascist People’s Republic of China is the greatest threat to the U.s.: “[R]ight now, the biggest threat was securing our own border.  … You don’t have a country if you don’t have borders. … [W]e’ve been defending other people’s borders for a long time; time to defend ours.”

       NOTE: Although Hegseth used the word “country” here, the editors believe that he meant to use the word “nation,” in which a central government, with almost limitless power, treats its constituent states as mere enclaves, provinces, or sub-divisions of its greater self; as opposed to “Union,” which is a union of sovereign States under a federal system, with a central government whose powers are strictly limited by a respected Constitution.

       The County Board, of Sangamon County, illinois, reaches an out of court settlement with the family of Sonya Massey agreeing to pay 10,000,000 “dollars” for her wrongful death at the hands of Sean Grayson, a county statute enforcement officer.

       NOTE: This award came not out of the property and pension of Grayson, who was responsible for this injustice, but out of the lawful taxes paid by county residents who did not do this.
