       Elon R. Musk, Administrator of the “Department” (Office) of Government Efficiency shuts down the Agency for International Development with its 40,000,000,000 “dollar” annual budget.

       NOTE: Unfortunately, this amounts to less than two percent of the annual Federal budget deficit.  To eliminate deficits Musk is going to have to look at ALL unlawful Federal programs including Social Security, Medicare and the warfare state.

       Postscript: The following day Marco A. Rubio, secretary of state, announced that AID would be absorbed into the department of state and its unlawful operations allowed to continue, thus virtually negating any cost savings.
