While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the ninth circuit court of appeals hands down Children’s Health Defense v. Meta Platforms: Businesses, operating in tandem with the Federal government, may not be sued for violating the Freedom of Speech rights of non-profit organizations.
