       The first judicial district court, of the Federal enclave of New Mexico, decides state v. Baldwin: judge Mary L. Marlowe Sommer, “with prejudice” dismisses involuntary manslaughter charges against Alexander R. “Alec” Baldwin, III, a Hollywood actor, citing prosecutorial misconduct (withholding exculpatory evidence).

       NOTE: “With prejudice” means that the case against Baldwin may NOT be filed again.

• That his picked Republican (fascist/socialist) former President Trump to be his Vice President;
• He did not send one 2,000-pound “bunker buster” bomb to Israel (the fact is he sent over 10,000 of them); and
• That President Vladimir Putin, of the Russian Federation, is dictator of the former Soviet Republic of Ukraine.

       In an interview with 360 With Speedy, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Biden (having received an unlawful advantage of 41 ineligible and 62 stolen Electoral votes) claims “I’m the guy that did more for the Palestinian community than anybody.  I’m the guy that opened up all the assets.  I’m the guy that made sure that I got the Egyptians to open the border to let goods through, medicine and food.”

       NOTE: The truth is “Genocide Joe” (Biden) has been complicit in supplying Israel with weapons that have resulted in the deaths of between 39,000 to 186,000 Palestinian Arabs.
