       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states hands down Department of Homeland Security v. republic of texas: The U.s. Border Patrol may remove border fortifications on the Rio Grande that were lawfully installed by the texas Department of Public Safety. 

       NOTE: The word “immigration” does not appear in the Constitution for the united States.  The authority to regulate immigration is a Reserved Power to the States via Article X of Amendment.
