The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Hemphill v. new york: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, state courts may not create exceptions to the Constitution for the united States.
NOTE: The court has already permitted so many other exceptions to the Constitution at the Federal level that this decision is meaningless.
