       Blue Cross/Blue Shield of texas announces that it has filed, with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, for rate increases of up to 59.35% to cover anticipated losses due to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. “Obamacare” (nation-wide Romenycare)).
