Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) confesses to Prime Minister Tony Blair, of the United Kingdom, that he is seriously considering bombing the world headquarters of the Al Jazeera television news network for its coverage of the ongoing First Battle of Fallujah.

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the sixth judicial circuit court for the confederate state of florida hands down state v. Paey: judge Daniel D. Diskey sentences Richard Paey–a paraplegic in constant intractable pain–to 25 years in prison and a 500,000 “dollar” fine for procuring OxyContin—without a physician’s prescription. Paey was in possession of enough narcotics that statutorily classified him as a narcotics trafficker. Although the prosecution failed to prove that he had been illicitly selling.
NOTES:
- This was Paey’s third trial–Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by the florida constitution of 1968, article I, section 9–on the same charges;
- Dwayne Hillis, the lone holdout juror who kept voting NOT GUILTY, changed his vote to GUILTY when judge Diskey assured him that Paey would receive no prison time; Diskey lied.
Postscripts:
- Republican (fascist/socialist) governor John E. “Jeb” Bush, a fervent drug warrior refused to pardon Peay; yet when his own daughter Noelle–who had no medical need–was found guilty of the same offense he saw to it that she went to a drug diversion program and received no pris on time;
- Once in prison Paey was hooked to a morphine pump and received adequate treatment for his pain.
