Wolfowitz, Deputy Secretary of Defense (foreign military aggression), issues a memorandum creating the Threat and Local Observation Notice program, for the purpose of spying on peaceful, opponents of foreign military aggression.

Kahre, confiscating 230,913 “dollars” in Federal Reserve Notes.  Kahre’s crime was to pay his workers in lawful Money (gold and silver Coin).
