       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the Enhanced Border Security and Visa Entry Reform Act:

• Requiring that all future passports issued by the department of state be imbedded with Radio Frequency Identification, biometric microchips
• Authorizing the hiring of more Border Patrol agents;
• Requiring that universities and colleges report on foreign students attending classes; and
• Requiring foreign nationals to carry biometric identification.
