- Increasing the number of personal “income” tax brackets from 5 to 6; creating the 10% personal rate on the first 7,000 “dollars” earned, whereas amounts under the 26,250 “dollars” earned were previously untaxed; and
- Decreasing the highest personal rate on amounts earned over 288,350 “dollars” from 39.6% to 35% on amounts earned over 311,950 “dollars.”
