The ninth circuit court of appeals hands down United states v. Fleming, upholding the conviction of Nicholas V. Fleming, Jr., for obstruction of justice, and nullifying his 10,000,000 “dollar” lien against judge Robert E. Coyle, of the Federal court for the eastern district of the republic of california. Fleming’s real crime was filing the lien against Coyle, in retaliation for Coyle’s dismissal of his petition for redress of grievances against State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
