       The Federal court for the southern district of new york hands down United states v. Nosair: judge Michael B. Mukasey sentences El Sayyid A. Nosair to 25 years to life in prison for the murder of Rabbi Meir Kahane, after a state court had already acquitted him of this crime.

       NOTE: This is Double Jeopardy, which is prohibited by Article V of Amendment.
