In Paris, France, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq.; President Alija Izetbegovic, of the former Yugoslav Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina; President Slobodan Milosevic, of the former Yugoslav Republic of Serbia-Montenegro; President Franjo Tudman, of the former Yugoslav Republic of Croatia; President Felipe Gonzalez, of the Council of the European Union; President Jacques Chirac, of the Republic of France; Prime Minister John Major, of the United Kingdom; Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin, of the Russian Federation; and Chancellor Helmut Kohl, of the socialist Federal Republic of Germany, sign the Dayton (Federal enclave of Ohio; Executive) agreement recognizing the independence of B-H thus terminating its four-year war for independence. This begins the U.s.’ 21st attempt at nation-building, as the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are , committed to 12 months of peace keeping operations
NOTES:
- While “nation-building is a laudable goal, Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution for the united States says that “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”; it does NOT state that “The United States shall guarantee to every nation on this planet a Republican Form of Government” [emphasis added].
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
- An executive agreement is an extra-constitutional settlement that is not submitted to the Senate.
