De facto Commander-in-Chief Clinton, Esq., issues Presidential Decision Directive 25 setting forth guidelines under which the United states Armed Forces may serve under the command of the United Nations.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6, Clause 2.
